The cultural house standing on the square has the potential to become a point and public space that residents will connect with the center of Neratovice. The size of the triangular park in front of the town hall is too large to become a square, so we focus on two spaces adjacent to the cultural house. Entrance piazzetta to the town hall and the newly created entrance area of the cultural house with the existing mature trees.
These more intimate public spaces are followed by a continuous triangular park in the foreground, while on the north side of the cultural house, on the contrary, a “romantic” park.
