The main concept of the design is to create a solid and well-permeable edge of the entire square in contrast with a natural, quiet, central park. The design unifies the entire space and leaves and completes the current park in the middle. The edges of the square are a place of movement, the center is left greenery and rest.

The busy road is slightly shifted from the facades of residential houses on the southeast side of the square, which creates space for an alley of trees and a wide enough sidewalk for safe movement of pedestrians and the better functioning of retail on the ground floor.
